Be prepared! When you purchase a piece of furniture PLEASE make sure you bring adequate help & transportation to remove the piece.
Be courteous to neighbors and their yards, no one wants anyone parking in their grass!
Be careful when removing furniture out of the home, make sure to have to right resources to remove the piece without damaging the home.
We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that happen on the property.
We accept cash, check & credit with valid drivers license.
We do not deliver.
Although we love our furry friends, we heavily discourage you from bringing them into the owners house.
Everything is sold AS IS, make sure to check the condition of the piece.
Test the electronics, plug them in and make sure the piece works correctly.
